I became Hall of Famer at 10,000 points, they also gave me level 8 permissions even though I've only been here a year

Not sure when it happened but I am over 40,000 and listed as a Legend.

Soooo, not that I actually have tons of time to dedicate to the site, but I'm wondering if any of you stars and Hall of Famers have suggestions for the most useful way I can contribute (other than my witty and brilliant forum posts). I've reached Playmaker by scanning in cards not on the site and adding a couple checklists. But that ain't gonna get me tens of thousands of points. Just what are you people doing?!?!
I of course don't actually care about the points, but would be happy to be more useful if I've got some downtime and the points are probably a reflection of what people value here.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

Scans and checklists are the official way to get points. You can also get monthly bonus points for adding/correcting information. Things like linking names and teams to cards, correcting card numbers, adding info like AU/MEM/SN are things that seem to boost points at the end of each month. Most of my points were gained by adding scans and checklists.
As for points levels, 25K points gets you to Legend. I don't know if there is a higher "rank".

5480 pts = Superstar, will never ever get level 8 I don't think as I have nothing left to scan really and thats ALOT of checklists. LOL
