Still not able to find these on here. Does anyone know if they are on the TCDB?
Also have a similar Nolan Ryan 6 card set as well.

They are cheaply-made and unlicensed knock-offs: aka "Broders". But these don't seem to be actual Broder cards. Either way, they will not be listed on TCDB b/c they are completely unlicensed and they are not from a card manufacturer. Your Nolan Ryan set will fall in the same category. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Thanks, not bad news for me other than not being able to list. The cards look good and I plan to keep in my collection.

Not to trump the "bad news", but there is plenty of this type card, set etc. listed on here. You just have to do the work. Add a set, add a CL, add the cards, add the scans....BINGO!

Charles, the most important part is to find a checklist, which would be hard not knowing the producer unless you have it in hand with the others. Otherwise I'm with you that I'd keep them in my collection anyway. I believe a lot of us have such unique items, which is good news.

Commish has an excellent point, but between card sites and googling and ebay, CLs can be found. If you have the whole set even better , then go to it! But I agree with Commish, all cards whether unlicensed, broder or whatever carry a special story to the owner, certainly keep them, and try to list them as well.
Don't be scared off, some members are anal about listing errors, variations, collectibles that just border on ADMIN's definition of a card, and this type of card, I say the more the merrier!

I don't like contradicting members in the forums, but unfortunately, Spaz is incorrect in his assessment of the cards. As we have to remind other members at times, this IS a trading card database, and whether the cards were cheaply made or licensed or not (as long as they weren't illegally made*), they certainly can be listed here. However, as Joshua pointed out, we do need to have the research done and the complete checklist added (many of these wind up being multi-sport issues because they mixed in the various sports with the same designs). But this is essential in getting these listed. Have a complete checklist? Let's go!
* - cards that are reprints without reprint notation on the cards are an example of illegal cards.
