Jackie Robinson Leaf reprint. when was the a.s. game in cleveland?

at first I thought I had the 1997 leaf nno card but after digging deeper I noticed there is no serial # and it has a stamping from the all star game in cleveland. maybe a promo card giveaway? any help would be great

I found all five, plus a NNO Larry Doby, on COMC. I don't have time right now before work, but perhaps someone else can add the set to the database because I don't see it in here yet.
