I have a Gary Carter topps all star fan favorite with an authentic game used bat card. It is a copy of his 1985 topps card #230 and is numbered 28/50/ I cant find this card anywhere on the database. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bart

Beckett says for that set:
PRINT RUNS INTERMINGLE DIFT.CARD
They also claim that these are ACTUAL VINTAGE CARDS USED.
Maybe they used multiple vintage cards for the different players? They weren't all the same?

Leaning that way. The Bo Jackson jersey card was found with both 1990 and 1991 designs

And why does the checklist have pretend numbers that are letters? Is that a copying Beckett's fake checklist numbering type deal?

This is like the anti-ITG Final Vault hockey. The numbers are continuous, but the cards change? And there's probably no way of knowing how many of each version exist? Just that they total 50 per player? Phenomenal.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Originals Relics
An innovative set that featured two identical cards bought back and GU relics placed between the two with some filler material between the two cards. These cards were also inserted into the box toppers at a lower rate than the normal game used relics. These cards were inserted at a rate of 1:17 boxes and had a stated print run of 50 serial numbered sets.
