Amazing Billy!!! That is hilarious, just got up ............. that was a vewry late and long drive home. After time change I crawled into bed at 3:15 AM. So now to the game .......... AWESOME!!!!! We had an absolute blast. Was one of teh funnest days I have had in a while, sports wise. No voice left and they won 4-1 over one of the hottest teams in the leauge.
To Billy's screengrabs! OH SO CLOSE!!!!!! First pic there is a row of empty seats due left of the Hockey Night logo on the score ticker at the top. We are the next four seats over in that row, you missed us by that much Billy. The second photo we are literally the fuzzy underneath the MIN logo portion of the ticker, that is me in the Oilers jersey right beside the empty seats. My two buddies left at 2:42 left to go grab beers and they would have been beside me and the wife is so short you can not see her.

For anyone interested, here is my schedule for baseball. It does not include Monday’s scrimmage at home against Mount St. Joseph and Friday’s scrimmage at Calvert Hall. https://northcountyathletics.com/teams/2221364/boys/baseball/junior%20varsity/schedule#

First scrimmage went fairly well for playing higher competition. We lost 6-2, but played close or with the lead until the last (7th) inning. I walked in 4 pitches in my only plate appearance and was stranded at second with the bases loaded when our runner at third was thrown out trying to score on a wild pitch. Off to Towson for our final scrimmage on Friday against Calvert Hall.

I'll admit. I'm different from most everyone on this great site. I don't follow any sports. The last sporting event I went to was a Red Sox game in 2012. The company I worked for at the time had a contest for every department within the company, where each department had to get together and write a short story on how well they worked together. My supervisor wrote it. No one else wanted to. The shipping and receiving department got to go to a Red Sox game against the Yankees at Fenway. The best part was, we were invited to be up in the companies corporate sweet above the 3rd baseline. The place was huge. The CEO was there and he was a real nice guy too. There was all kind of awesome food and beer. Of course the Red Sox lost, like they wanted to or something. They mostly watched the ball go by them in the field. Dem bums.

I typically only go to TCU sporting events. I'm not really a fan anymore of any of my local pro teams (Cowboys, Rangers, Mavericks, Stars). Went and saw TCU baseball last week beat UT-Rio Grande Valley and got to see my favorite player hit a homerun from each side of the plate.

Turning off trading because my collection is in complete disarray after moving and I don't know when I can get it organized.

That’s cool! For one game of a doubleheader a few years ago at Coppin State, my favorite player hit a home run, robbed a home run, and closed the game on the mound.

I'm at my 1st baseball game of 2018! Eastern Illinois vs Jacksonville State. It's like I've come back to life again!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
