I do believe he's in WI, so that's Fahrenheit. My local news was just talking about the temps in the upper midwest. I'm glad those super cold temps aren't getting this far south. Our forecast low tonight is 21F and then 14F Thursday morning. Windchill is supposed to be around 10F this morning.
The snow that was supposed to happen today didn't happen. The line of rain came through so fast that it was gone by the time it was originally forecast to be snowing.

And a few other states as well (add MN, ND, SD, WI, IL). USPS has been starting to lean more towards safety the past few years when conditions are dangerous b/c health and vehicle insurance payouts are a big chunk of the huge losses the USPS suffers each year.
BTW, did anyone know that when the temperature (or wind chill) is -40 degrees it's the same in Celsius and Fahrenheit? Below -40 is when Fahrenheit passes Celsius (when Celcius is actually warmer than the Fahrenheit temperature). So a temp of -50C is -58F.

No mail for parts of Missouri either, though I already planned on not going outside so it didn't affect me. Even though I have a love/hate relationship with my local post office, I wouldn't wish them to get out in this weather. Same goes for the trash collectors.
