The answers to my questions were indeed Stargell and Perez. Killebrew, Brock, Santo and Billy Williams were all one time All Stars. I find it amusng that for most of the mid to late 70s, Stargell and Perez were prevented from being All Stars by Steve Garvey, who ended up not making the Hall of Fame despite being a 10 time All Star.
The former cougar is almost certainly Jason Gesser. :)

And I really don't know why Halliday is in the pfr database but Gesser is not. I guess all databases have their quirks. Alex Brink also has a pfr page but he was drafted at least.
(I missed Halliday because I was looking a list of QBs from WSU who had played in the NFL.)

OK, I got to play a little 3-on-3 basketball at my high school with this 3rd Baseman. He graduated from that Bay Area high school about 10 years prior to me and had the baseball field named after him. His career spanned the 70's, 80's, and 90's and played for 3 major league team.
Who am I?

P.S. He was an All-Star, World Series Champ, Silver Slugger, and Batting Champion.

OK, time to step up my game. I thought Foley was pretty obscure, but you got it pretty quick.
Baseball: After playing 2 seasons (one partial and one full) with the team that drafted me, I was traded to another team in a 6 player deal - me for 5 players. I then spent 9 seasons with that team and was an All-Star once. Then, they traded me for 2 players - one of which would go on to become the general manager of the team I spent 9 seasons with. Who am I?

That is correct. Then he was traded to the Angels in a deal that brought Ruben Amaro Jr. to play for the Phillies before becoming their scapegoat general manager. What a disaster that was.
