....and to the anti-LeBron fans.
I love Steve Kerr.
I watched more of these finals than usual. Really talented players, but I remember defense. The reason the 90s Bulls could hang with these modern teams in a fantasy matchup was that they played defense and rebounded. Oddly, these Warriors with Dennis Rodman would be the greatest team ever.
But it was entertaining. Can't wait for Part IV next year. Makes me miss my 70s basketball collection. Wonder what I did with that....?

Give the Worm some money and I'm sure he would be happy to suit up again.
I'm happy that former Seattle Supersonics superstar finally won a ring!

There are several fun, young, up and coming teams but I think for the next couple years at least we will be seeing these two teams in the finals. Barring major injury or huge changes due to free agency it seems inevitable. Then again maybe Lebron bolts to join the Celtics or someone else. Anything is possible these days.

I really like the Warriors and am happy they won. I also like the Cavs and do not hate LeBron, so I felt bad for him. It is funny when you can be totally objective about a sport (Living in Buffalo, there is no more NBA. My favorite team is the Suns, but that was because of Barkley and he isn't there anymore. I don't really feel an attachment to the current roster).
Based on my viewing, these are great teams, but I just felt like this title and this whole playoff year was boring. It wasn't as majestic or magnificent as watching the old 80s and early to mid 90s championships. I am not as much of a basketball expert to suggest I understand everything about offenses, defenses, etc., but just from a joy of watching, it fet like it was missing something to make it special.

I too was a Suns "follower", never considered myself a fan of basketball and don't think I ever will. Mr Barkley was the reason too but then there was that little guy ..... you know ....... Steve Nash. =)

To me, the "little guy" for the Suns has always been Kevin Johnson. Sir Charles and KJ were the reason I started following and collecting the Suns, even while collecting my home-state Hornets. After the Hornets left for N.O., I pretty much quit collecting NBA. I haven't started back collecting NBA b/c I already collect MLB, NFL & NASCAR. I'd rather stick with those, but I do pay more attention to the NBA now that the Charlotte Hornets are back.
