1988 Fleer Star Stickers Baseball Forum

Opened a pack of these Fleer Star Stickers out of one of those repack boxes and the pack contained this insert found in the 1988 Fleer set.

Refresh my memory, is it possible in the database for an insert set to be shared across products?  I feel like there is precedent for this but my memory isn't what it used to be.

It is. Fleer issued the same sticker throughout all of their various products whether it was flagship, Star Stickers or their boxsets. As such it was decided (Admin my guess) to just have the one listing that feeds back to the flagship listings. It was like this from 86-90 at least. 85 is failing me at the moment...

I think it was 2017 Topps Buybacks I'm thinking of.  They are an insert that appears in 2017 Topps, 2017 Topps Update, and 2017 Topps Allen & Ginter.

Wait a minute, you're saying you found a Fleer insert in a Topps product?

My question had more to do with the database relationships between inserts and base sets than it had to do with Fleer stickers specifically.

OCHawkeye - a message to Admin will get the sets linked up properly. Just be sure to send links in the message to make finding the various sets easier. This is something that can be done with any insert set that was included in multiple products.
