Nope, no numbers on the Olympic cards.
1991 Ballstreet, Volume 1, had 6 issues plus a special Year in Review issue.
1992 Ballstreet, Volume 2, had 12 issues plus the special Olympic issue, which came out in August, 1992, somewhere in between Issue 7 (July/August) and Issue 8 (August/September).
Twinscollector34 has listed the cards from Vol. 2, Issues 1-6. The cards have to be hand cut out of the pages of the book. The "Oversized Cards" parallel set is simply the entire page of the book, without being cut. Hardly a parallel, IMHO. I suppose one could cut the cards to any size they want, then call that a new parallel. But if we are counting cards submitted for points, that's what happens on this site.
Here are the remaining cards in the 1992 Ballstreet Issues. They are all unnumbered. Go ahead and submit them for the points! Call the set whatever you want!
Issue 7:
- Larry Johnson
- Christian Laettner
- Desmond Howard
- Harold Miner
- Mario Lemieux
- Michael Jordan
- Michael Jordan / Scottie Pippen
- Barry Sanders
- Shaquille O'Neal
- Jimmy Jackson
Special Olympic Supplement:
- Clyde Drexler
- Christian Laettner
- Magic Johnson
- Shaquille O'Neal
Issue 8:
- Deion Sanders
- Mark McGwire
- Tony Gwynn
- Ken Griffey, Jr
- John Kruk
- Roberto Alomar
- Phil Nevin
- Reggie Sanders
- Juan Gonzalez
- Ozzie Smith
Issue 9:
- Patrick Roy
- David Klingler
- The Dream Team In Barcelona
- Ricky Ervins
- Troy Aikman
- Wayne Gretzky
- Joe Montana
- Michael Jordan
- Eric Lindros
- Eric Dickerson
Issue 10:
- Gary Sheffield
- Dave Justice
- Nolan Ryan
- Cal Ripken, Jr.
- Tom Glavin
- Roger Clemens
- Jose Canseco
- Kirby Puckett
- Ryne Sandberg
- Bo Jackson
Issue 11:
- Dan Marino
- Deion Sanders
- Michael Irvin
- Michael Jordan
- Marshall Faulk
- Shaquille O'Neal
- Emmitt Smith
- Eric Lindros
- Pavel Bure
- Magic Johnson
Issue 12:
- Shaquille O'Neal
- Michael Jordan
- Eric Lindros
- Troy Aikman
- Magic Johnson
- Shaquille O'Neal
- Michael Jordan
- Emmitt Smith
- Olympic Gold Medalists in Basketball (Team)
- Shaquille O'Neal
I can't submit images without tearing the pages out of my books (or wrecking the binding).

Note2 would be an ideal place to put the issue the cards came in. :)

The oversize cards and the regular cards are not the same size. The regular cards are the standard 2.5" x 3.5". The oversized cards, if cut from the 4" x 6.5" set measure 3" x 4.5", and you would not cut them out anyway because the backs of the oversized cards measures the full 4" x 6.5". (see the scans I have uploaded). So, in my opinion, the oversized cards are definitely a parallel.

The images are still the same size, just trimmed down to 2-1/2 x 3-1/2. Was there another source for these cards other than the books?

I see what you are saying, but there is an inconsistency between the regular and oversized cards, which leads me to believe they were two different printings (plus all of the regular sized cards I have seen seem to be professionally cut -- but, admittedly, with technology today I suppose it's not that hard to do that.) Look at the regular size and oversize Puckett cards I uploaded. On the regular size card the name Kirby starts on the outer side of his right leg. On the oversize card the name Kirby starts on the inner side of his right leg. I have also compared a couple of others on eBay photos and have found the same type of inconsistency. Now, this isn't a huge world problem but it is a bit of a mystery. Does anyone remember if the Ballstreet cards were issued as a separate set, other than the books?

Yep, you are absolutely correct, I apologize. I didn't notice the shift in the type; I just measured the size of the image from elbow to elbow and cap to toe. The oversized card looks just like the page in my book. They must have been issued separately, but how and where? Somewhere in my old and feeble brain I seem to remember Ballstreet cards issued as Promos? Maybe? It's so amazing how little info there is out there for these.
The cards in the 1991 Issues are the black-bordered ones with gold trim. They have crop lines on the pages to guide in trimming, whereas the 1992s don't. I think I have some single cards of these. When I dig them out I'll compare them.
PSA is no longer grading the Ballstreet cards, so there's no info to glean there.
I'll post a 1991 checklist soon.

I seem to remember promos. When I was a kid, my Dad set up at a show and a salesman was there introducing Ballstreet cards to the dealers. Seems like my Dad was given a card or two. I remember no details of the cards.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

So, as I am entering my HOF PC,I come across my Robbie Alomar card from this set. Problem is that it is not in the database. So I start researching it, find out that it is from a multi-sport set, locate the 1992 set but only see 60 cards entered. Then in Google, I find this Forum thread. Lots of discussion, identification of the missing 64 cards which includes the Alomar. Great! But did anyone ever enter these???
Before I do anything, can someone cofirm these still need to be entered? I will do it; can someone confirm the last 64 cards as identified are NNO? They actually do have a number, just not like the first 60. At the bottom of the card I have it says "Volume 2, Number 8". Problem is that this is probably repeated for every card in each magazine, from 1 through 10.

The missing 64 cards as described in a previous post are now loaded as part of the checklist (with Admin's assistance of course). I did my best to put the name with the player but may be in error on some (shoot me) and some I had no clue so are blank. Help in verifying these (as well as loading images) would be appreciated.
