I have six uncut sheets of this set. They are numbered 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, and 12. A random sampling tells me there is no duplication and the math works out, 11 x 12, x 6 = 792, the total number of cards in this set. Can anyone shed some light on why the sheets are not sequentially numbered, nor are they sequentially placed on each sheet. I understand (I think) why unsequenced on the actual sheet, but not why the sheets unsequenced. And, would this make up the complete set, or were there other items that would be contained in uncut sheets?

Sheets for the various inserts and the mail-in set.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

So what I have then is the base set, or would they have mixed in the inserts with the base sheets?

Hadn't ever seen those inserts! For a overproduced set they sure are scarce in collections.

Now, Are you allowed to list them here? Appears to be one of those gray areas.

I was going through my e-mails from Admin (over 300 of them), and I cannot find it. I know we've discussed whether to include uncut sheets or not, and the answer was always NO. And that includes partial sheets as well (4-card panels, 2-card panels, and all the way down to the "proof" cards with "extra" borders). I just wish I could find the discussion so I could quote Admin.
Besides, do you have scanner big enough to scan 132-card uncut sheets?

Forget NO to panels....the site is heavily dotted throughout with these from 2-card to 9-card. I just got finished adding mine to the "panels" listed, too many to even mention. And then there are panels that aren't panels anymore as they were separated into individual cards.....real "can of worms"!

You misunderstood what I meant by panels.
I'm talking these 2-card "panels" that are simply created by cutting up a sheet. There are plenty of specially issued "panels" of cards. Heck, I just added this 6-card panel a few days ago: https://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/92/cid/11917494/1983-Fleer-NNO-Promo-Panel-(Rod-Carew-/-Tom-Paciorek-/-Jerry-Dybzinski-/-Dan-Driessen-/-Dusty-Baker-/-John-Butcher)
I also have a 6-card "panel" of 1982 Topps that was created by chopping up an uncut sheet. It has Dickie Noles on it, and I got him to sign it. It's a beautiful item. Can't list it here. Not allowed. It wasn't a special promo piece that Topps put out. Those are different. I'm simply talking about this type of stuff:
As much as I'd like that, it is simply 8 cards chopped out of a sheet, and not allowed to be "catalogued" on here.
