So the checklist has both the P- cards and the 301 and up cards of the Logo Patch Update. CBC lists them togethor under one checklist but I am not sure they should be listed togethor. I am curious if the Logo Patch Update should be seperate as it is an addition to a multiple year set. Thoughts??

I don't have an opinion on that, but I will once again remind everyone not to automatically use the MEM Note just because something is attached to a card. The TCDB uses MANU for Manufactured Patches (and other miscellaneous Manufactured Relics) and MED for Manufactured Medallions. Please see Rule VI and Guideline 6A for more information:

I never saw that book before.  Also, I agree with Ranfordfan that he seems to be describing two unique sets.

If we list the OPC updates that have the same numbering as a separate set, two separate designs with different numbers should surely be listed as separate sets.
