I have this card, LITM-21, just not in NJ where I am now to confirm, but is the scan incorrectly placed. It seems to have a blue tint, but my recollection of the Blue inserts the hue is darker. Just asking.

The scan used for LITM-21, standard version is correct. The blue version has a much darker hue.

Looks like the way they scanned as the Blue is a darker hue, this is too light as you said

Was this a scanner setting because that's a big difference from the other cards (scans) in the set?

Most likely. Even a brand new scanner, using the factory default settings, won't always give you an accurate scan. My latest scanner was giving my scans a pink hue, right out of the box.
