INDIANA PACERS
Another situation where I couldn't find another copy of this particular team photo with a printed list of names. Uniform numbers aren't visible, either, but in a clearer unnamed copy of the original team photo, the faces are legible enough to positively identify all the players by cross-referencing rosters and individual photos, through a process of elimination. It is difficult to 100% positively identify all of the non-players here. If there is a non-player ultimately left unidentified, I can state that in a note per Dan's instructions. EDIT: After thoroughly inspecting all the Pacers team photos and all the individual photos of Jerry Oliver I could find, I've determined that the short non-player in the front on the left is Jerry Oliver.
Seven in the front, left to right: Coach Bobby "Slick" Leonard, Jerry Oliver, Don Buse, Bill Keller, Billy Knight, Kevin Joyce, Trainer David Craig.
Seven behind/above them, left to right: Johnny Neumann, Roger Brown, Darnell Hillman, George McGinnis, Bob Netolicky, Len Elmore, Charlie Edge.

KENTUCKY COLONELS
Front Row: William Bird Averitt, Gene Littles, Assistant Coach Stan Albeck, Owner Ellie Brown, Head Coach Hubie Brown, Louie Dampier, Ted McClain.
Back Row: Assistant General Manager David Vance, Ron Thomas, Wil Jones, Jim Bradley, Artis Gilmore, Dan Issel, Marv Roberts, Trainer Lloyd Gardner, General Manager Gene Rhodes.
As far as I can tell, this is the first appearance of a woman on a major basketball card, for whatever it's worth.

I found another, much clearer team photo from the same day as the team photo used in the checklist, the only difference is that Marvin Barnes and Maurice Lucas have switched seats, everything else is more or less exactly the same. No printed list of names, but the uniform numbers are visible and the faces are crystal clear, so I can positively identify all the players by cross-referencing rosters and individual photos. I was able to 100% positively identify 100% of the non-players here, based on a ridiculous amount of internet sleuthing.
Front, left to right: Gene Moore, Gus Gerard, Marvin Barnes, Freddie Lewis, Maurice Lucas, Don Adams, Coach Bob MacKinnon.
Back, left to right: Assistant Coach John Morrison, Fly Williams, Mike Barr, Steve Jones, Jimmy Foster, Goo Kennedy, General Manager Harry Weltman, Trainer Mike Kostich.

UTAH STARS
I found a much clearer team photo. No printed list of names, and no uniform numbers, but the faces are clear, and there are ever-so-barely legible signatures for each player, so I can positively identify all the players by cross-referencing rosters and individual photos. I was able to 100% positively identify 100% of the non-players here, based on a slightly ridiculous amount of internet sleuthing.
Standing, left to right: Wali Jones, John Roche, Henry Williams, Bruce Seals, Jim Eakins, Moses Malone, Randy Denton, Gerald Govan, Clyde Dickey, Ron Boone, Al Smith.
Kneeling, left to right: Assistant Coach Howard Adams, Coach Tom Nissalke, Trainer Bill Bean.
This marks the fourth 1975 Topps appearance of Moses Malone in his rookie year.

MEMPHIS SOUNDS
I couldn't locate another copy of this particular team photo. The checklist's faces are just detailed enough and the uniform numbers are clear, so I'm able to cross-reference the faces and the numbers of the players themselves with rosters and individual photos, and therefore positively identify all the players pictured. I was able to 100% positively identify both non-players here with only about ten minutes of internet sleuthing.
Back, left to right: Trainer John Lally, Larry Finch, Rick Mount, Chuck Williams, Freddie Lewis, Coach John Mullaney.
Front, left to right: Collis Jones, Ronnie Robinson, Julius Keye, Mel Daniels, Joe Reaves, Roger Brown, George Carter.

VIRGINIA SQUIRES
I found a slightly clearer team photo than the card. No printed list of names, but the uniform numbers and faces are clear enough that I can positively identify all the players by cross-referencing rosters and individual photos. I also found an autographed team photo for a slightly less clear team photo, but the signatures are extremely clear. I was able to 100% positively identify 100% of the non-players here, based an older team photo, the signatures, and individual photos.
Back, left to right: Trainer Bob Travaglini, General Manager Jack Ankerson, Willie Wise, Cincinnatus Powell, Red Robbins, David Vaughn, Lamar Green, Mike Jackson, Coach Al Bianchi, Assistant Coach Al Bailey.
Front, left to right: Lloyd Batts, Darrell Elston, Dave Twardzik, Glen Combs, Barry Parkhill, George Irvine.

PHOENIX SUNS
Same situation as the Braves/Sixers/Rockets/Hawks/Pistons, I couldn't locate another copy of this particular team photo. It is difficult to 100% positively identify all of the non-players here. It was, however, possible for me to thoroughly cross-reference the faces and the numbers of the players themselves with rosters and individual photos, and I was able to positively identify 100% of the players. If there is a non-player ultimately left unidentified, I can state that in a note per Dan's instructions. EDIT: Upon a much closer and longer examination, the non-player on the far left must be Dennis Price. The only other people it could conceivably be, GM Jerry Colangelo and Owner Karl Eller, do not share the combination of facial ratio, eye size, ear size, and most importantly, the shape of the hair, especially the way it's parted. The details on the card are barely legible, but they're there, and if I could ask a CSI lab tech to "Enhance!", I would bet $100 that it revealed Dennis Price. Since he isn't even a player, I'm going to add him to the database.
Back, left to right: Assistant Coach Dennis Price, Nate Hawthorne, Fred Saunders, Dennis Awtrey, Earl Williams, Mike Bantom, Dick Van Arsdale, Trainer Joe Proski.
Front, left to right: Jim Owens, Keith Erickson, Curtis Perry, Coach John MacLeod, Gary Melchionni, Charlie Scott, Greg Jackson.
This completes my show-your-work thread for positively identifying all the players in all the 1975 Topps basketball team checklists.

I really need that Pacers card. Nice work on these. While I don't see the point of them asking you to ID staff members who don't even have a page on the site to link these cards to, I'm impressed with what you have accomplished. Well done.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
