The UPC is on it. How is that not part of the packaging?

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

It's NOT a card!
EDIT TO SAY THIS: See the next post too. One post popped up after I opened this thread.

Every other card in the packages of ALL other packages in this entire thread DO NOT contain a UPC code on them. That is also a fact! Your statement is false and it has been proven in this single thread. The products only need to have a UPC somewhere on the entire product. Most of the UPCs are on the plastic itself or UPCs on the back of a "card" inside of the package. The UPC'd card is packaging.

All items- not just cards- that are packaged solely in clear cellophane must include the UPC code on the item itself. That's required by law and basic knowledge.

Yeah I worked in retail, I know how UPC codes work. But this "card" also has a punchable hole so it can hang on the rack and it's just part of the packaging. That's like saying a bag of cereal isn't part of the packaging ... only the outer box is. I'm sorry but there's no way this is a card. If you collect them, that's great, but it doesn't belong here.

And seeing that it took Admin to remove it, Admin agrees that it's packaging.

I don't often weigh in on these posts, but my 2 cents is that header is part of the packaging similar to any wrapper. It is pictured in the pacakging section of the set already as part of a hanger pack.
