Chinese variant?

Hello!

I found what appears to be a "Chinese variant" on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/264926884185?hash=item3daedf7159:g:HwsAAOSwK1xfpL0G

Anyone have know the story or have info on what this is? Is it legit? Is it a separate release? The card numbers might be different than the base release.

Ahhhh, yeah, about this. I don't know much f nything about basketball cards, but one would think that a Chinese variant would have, you know, Chinese on it. For Collector's Choice in the 90s Upper Deck did different variants fr the European market and actually used the appropriate language. This sees like someone who's just trying to take on new "collectors" that have spring up.

Edit: And I'll stand corrected... I didn't see the printed in China at the bottom to start with.

I'm going from memory here (auto-disclaimer) but I believe some of the European releases in the 90s were in English and the language of the country it was released in, and the sets were both numbered differently and were different sizes.
