Efe Obada went straight from European football leagues to the NFL.

I'll add that not only did Steve Neal wrestle in college, but he was NCAA Heavyweight Champion, a feat he achieved by beating Brock Lesnar.  Then he took up football and won three Super Bowls with the Patriots.
