Manziel has talent, but he needs to more logical in his decisions outside of football to truly get a chance to even display his true ability.

In Bellino's defense, you should note that after graduating from the Naval Academy, he had to serve 5 years in the Navy before going into the pros.

Would Herschel Walker count for this list? While I thought he was okay, I think he never lived up to his full potential.

Really cool list. The only disagreement I have is Vinny Testaverde. Sure he wasn't an elite talent but he was a very solid QB for 21 seasons and that is why he stuck around so long. If a team needed a veteran backup or a starter who could hold his own while they prep a young QB, Vinny was their man.
