I'm not taking any offers right now.  This is the busiest time for me at work, and I just don't any time to spare for my hobbies.

My preference are the Colorado Rockies, but I'm willing to include any Topps card from the 1970's to today.  I would also consider trading for any athlete that grew up in the Vail, Colorado area.  My preference are for any card that will help me to complete a set.

WARNING:  Be patient when contacting me or enacting a trade.  I am a civil engineer in a rapidly growing area during a national housing shortage, and work can suddenly consume a large chunk of my time.  Search Google for housing prices, and you will see how busy I am.  Even with the expected Federal Reserve rate increases, there will be no relief to the shortage of homes within the near future.  It can quickly change from having no time to lots of time to devote to trading cards. Lately, because of the housing shortage, my availablilty for this hobby is chaotic at best. 

While I prefer bigger trades, it's easier for me to respond to smaller trades. I will try to respond to inquiries, but I can't guarantee promptness.  If you are someone that expect the cards to be sent in the mail within the next 1 to 3 days after agreeing to a trade, then I will not be a good trading partner.  Because of work and family, it may take me 2 to 3 weeks to get the cards in the mail.

I am not an expert in evaluating the card conditions, but the cards I try to trade are "Very Good-Excellent" or better condition.
