Greetings Fellow Card Collector's,
Collector of mostly baseball and basketball but I also have a few football and hockey cards too and less than 30 old WCW Wrestling cards.
In the last ten years I managed to add non-sport to my collection as well. Those include Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic The Gathering, Star Wars, Marvel, Fortnite, and I'm sure I'm missing a couple for the list!
I take the hobby of collecting cards very very serious! I have dedicated a lot of time, work, effort and money into the hobby and my collection. I am in the process of starting an online business, REdz Gem-Mint Treasures, a card hobby shop I decided to create in hopes of making some revenue off of cards that I already own. In doing this, I pray to earn enough income to be able to expand REdz Gem-Mint Treasures to the community I live in so we will have the first ever trading card hobby shop this little small town has ever had. My vision includes the youth that live here in my town will finally have a place they can go to, hang out at, have fun while playing TCG.
This area has always been known as one of the worst places in the entire United States to live in, as well as being in the top 20 of poorest communities in the U.S. We have one little small park that has a couple swings for all the kids and a smaller toy for toddlers to climb on. The sad part though is the drugs that are wreaking havoc on my community. Kids are becoming addicts before age 16 and some dying of overdose before becoming 18.
I made a survey for the students at the middle and high schools to get their input on what they would like to have in our town for them. First place was a video arcade game room. Second was a trading card hobby shop that included most of the TCG's played across the world. Third was a gym to play sports.
Praise the Lord, I hope I can make this vision become a reality. I could care less if I earn money, hopefully it covers the bills and keeps the business going. I just want to be a help to our youth, our teenagers that struggle to keep on a straight path.
