- There was a different base card design for each of the six divisions.
- Random ‘Hot Packs’ contained nothing but insert cards.
- The All-Fleer insert set was available through a wrapper offer.
- The All-Rookies insert set was available through a wrapper exchange redemption card. The deadline was 9/30/95.

Team Leaders 1:24 (hobby) - To promote the set, Fleer sent eight base cards to hobby dealers and media. They were #26 (Roger Clemens), #78 (Paul O'Neill), #155 (David Cone), #235 (Tim Salmon), #285 (Juan Gonzalez), #351 (Marquis Grissom), #509 (Ozzie Smith) and #514 (Dante Bichette).
