Stone's first name is misspelled "Tyrone" on both the front and back of the card. The correct spelling of his first name is "Tyronne".
It's debatable whether to consider the position "ILB" is an error or not. In 1993, the Cardinals were a base 4-3 defense that namely played in their nickel package. Eric Hill and Tyronne Stowe played the two outside linebacker positions. In 1994, Stowe played MLB for the Redskins'4-3 defense (yes, technically inside, but usually labeled a "middle" not "inside" linebacker).

Daryl's last name is misspelled as "Johnson" on the face, but correctly spelled "Johnston" on the back.

Ray's last name is misspelled "Buchannan" on the face and correctly spelled "Buchanan" on the back.

Ernest's last name is misspelled "Givens" on the face and correctly spelled "Givins" on the back.

One of several position errors from the 1994 set. Eric Thomas played cornerback from 1987-1995 (more specifically left cornerback for the Jets 1993-1994). On the face of the card he is listed as a "TE", but the back does feature his defensive statistics.

Jessie Armstead's first name is misspelled as "Jesse" on both sides of the card.

The back of the card reads, "30 passes defensed". "Defensed" is a real word, but the line should have read "30 passed defended".
