TCDB does not add cards with "print flaws", as this looks on first glance. However, when analyzing this particular version of the card, there were way too many for this is be just a print flaw, and too much of a conincidence that the obstruction made the 3 look like it could also be a 2 (a partially obscured 2). This has all the trademarks of an intentional attempt to "quick fix" the error, and should be listed here. |
