73 - Bobby Doerr - Boston Red Sox |
||
The back of the card states Doerr "took MVP honors in 1944", but this wasn't the official MLB one, where he finished 7th in American League MVP voting. The MVP being described here is the Sporting News AL one. Since the card doesn't specify MLB or Sporting News or any specific MVP vote, this isn't considered a UER. |
102 - Larry Doby UER - Cleveland IndiansUER: Name misspelled "Lary" on back |
