Wondering if anyone has a quicker way of doing this...
I collect Toronto Blue Jays cards, but don't collect minor league stuff. Since a lot of the minor eague cards are also tagger as Jays cards, I have gone through and picked away for what I really want, and what I don't.
When new sets are then added, I know I can just add to my want list all Jays that I don't have, but this will negate the work I already did - is there a simple way to do something like "add all 2018 year Toronto Blue Jays cards" to my want list, then I can just go through those and remove any minor league stuff I wanted. Otherwise, it would be quite painstaking to go through the Blue Jays 2018 cards and add each one I want individually...
Just hoping there may be a better way that I may be missing.
Thanks.

For your example, "2018 Toronto Blue Jays cards". When you're on the Blue Jays page, go to Collection Summary, Add / Update, and then click on Filters. First select "2018" under the Years menu and under the Set Types menu choose Major Releases. Then click on Apply. If you want Inserts, Parallels, Oddball, Food Issues, etc; you'll have to filter each separately.
But, I just noticed when setting this up that the "Choose Action" menu disappears when any filter is applied.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

That does help reduce the list I need to go to for adding - but I presume it doesn't have the ability to go the one step further and once filtered, be able to select "add all filtered cards to wantlist" or something like this.
When I first go to the Toronto Blue Jays page, then click Collection Summary Add/Update, just above the full card list, there is an action pull down where I can "add all missing cards to weantlist". Once I filter, this pulldown list is missing from the filtered results. Just wanted to make sure it's not me missing something.
Thanks kindly.

I just updated my previous reply at the same time you replied. Yes, it looks like the Choose an Action menu disappears once a filter is applied. I'll notify Admin.

That's correct the feature does vanish once in the filtered view. Going through the same thing with my Astros as I deleted everything from my Want List and have been slowly adding it back minus the minor leaguers. As an amendment to your submission, Chuck, I'd also like to see the filter work with brands and have the "mother brand" i.e. Topps for Topps, Topps Chrome, Topps Heritage, Topps Archives, etc. That also is not possible to add except individually or as team set within the brand.

Yes, each Filter category; Year, Card Number, Brands, Set Types, and Note; can only have one choice applied at a time. I've notified Admin about the "Choose an action..." disappearing and the limitations on the category filters.

You can go backwards. Add ALL the Blue Jays. Then go to your Collection -> Want List -> Top Teams. Expand the list if necessary. Find all your teams like Dunedin or whoever. Click the team, view your cards, remove all from wantlist. Just like that, no more Dunedin cards on your want list.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
