Checked my mail yesterday and found an envelope that I wasn't expecting. Thank you C2Cigars for the cards. It was a really nice early Thanksgiving gift.

Big shoutout thank you to Tgrs-4-me - gave much more than she got in our trade and included a couple of Update Phillies as a throw-in. Working like there's no tomorrow and still found for a generous, prompt trade! Awesome lady!! THANKS, BECKY!!!!

I found a very thick bubble mailer from Mound, MN in my mailbox that I discovered was not from a trade. A big thank you to Noy, Tim, for your kindness, generosity, and all those Tigers cards. Happy Thanksgiving!

You are welcome.
about 75 Days until Training Camp
Come on NFL season and Super Bowl. This is how I breakdown Baseball's off season
- WORLD SERIES over
- NFL Season plays out
- NCAA Football Bowl Season
- NFL playoffs and Super Bowl
- Baseball's Spring Training Starts
- NCAA March Madness
- OPENING DAY

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

WOW!!! I leave Texas for 10 days to come back to not one, not two, not three, not four, but five PIFs. Thanks Matt (Parsons0311) for the Taco Bell Shaq card, Dave (La Loosh) for nice '70 Topps for my PC, Pete (AirPete) for helping me fill some lingering '80s and '90s baseball and basketball holes, Kevin (KMack) for some key Altuve and Springer cards, and last but not least, Bru (sandy's singles) for going beyond the parameters of our trade by sending them in some beautiful Donruss Preferred Tins of Marino and Rice, two players that I collect!
If our world followed your example of giving unselfishly we'd be a whole lot better place. Thanks!
