Just checked the mailbox, got a package from Chad Nangle that I was totally unexpected and a package from madding that I was expecting, but was way better than what I expected. Thank you both!
These arrived on the 6th year anniversary of the day I came literally 5 minutes short of dying, I'm really glad I'm still around to thank you folks.

Coming home from NJ (my final official trip for awhile) can only mean PIF!

Here's a quirk for you: I received an envelope today from a member. In it was a card on my wantlist, no big deal, but thanks for looking for something I.needed. The quirk about this is that he hasn't located the cards for the trade in his collection. That means I got the pay it forward before the actual trade. I have cards set aside for others, just need time to get everything together.

Working in construction and renovations I have occasionaly found items in walls and floors from years ago. Nothing special though. Yesterday while installing a fixed base kitchen island with my son, we placed a family photo and a team bag with some 78-79 OPC hockey and a stack of 91 Donruss (somebody else can figure out which VAR) in the base.
I guess that would be PIFing to a future generation...
