For all the premium members that are missing the Ukranian single ladies.

If it comes back today, I will. I should add that it was an ad for possibly car insurance, not a dating site. But leaving out that detail made for a better story.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Follow my blog - I Identify as a Card Collector. “Aslan didn't tell Pole what would happen. He only told her what to do. That fellow will be the death of us once he's up, I shouldn't wonder. But that doesn't let us off following the signs.” - Puddleglum in The Silver Chair by C. S. Lewis

Today my advertising is to start a baby registry at Walmart. They must have assumed I met yesterday's dating app girl.

Stupid newbie question for today. How does one become a premium member and what are the benefits? I can't find out where to look this up on the site.
Thanks

Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.

Scoll to the bottom of the page. Far right, "General Info", last item is "Upgrade to Premium".

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

You know, an enterprising old person could rent their time as a grandparent for hire. I only got a chance to know one of my grandparents, and only until I was 7 years old, so I don't even know what a normal grandparent experience is.
Even when my grandma was alive, normal is not really how she would be described...for instance, she kept a chainsaw in the back seat of her car, to use as protection if needed. She had mobility problems due to multiple strokes but she could use the chainsaw if she needed to.
-------------------------------
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Cardboard History My COMC New Collection Website: Cardboard History Gallery (Still under construction) Tips on how to make your scans look like the card does in hand (No more washed out, fuzzy scans!):

I saw a thing where in some cities there is an app (and I'm sorry I don't remember the name or the article source) that puts younger people looking for a room to rent with an older person who has a room to rent and needs help around the house (things like shopping, light housework, cooking). The reviews basically made it sound like going to live with grandma/grandpa.
