Is it OK with the members that we campaign for certain features? Not that all proposals have merit but taking time to bump up a few. TY

For something that may benefit the membership within the context of TCDB's purpose, sure. I've done it this way.

I like the idea of the New Feature Tracker and I understand wanting to promote features one suggests. Problem I find is that not enough members rate features other than their own so some become stagnant.
Considering the amount of members who are specific team collectors and or player collectors, and how active the trading has become on this site in the last 2 years, I would have thought that the two features suggested where it would allow matching Want Lists to another member's For Sale / Trade List by team or player (new features 15 and 20 on the list at present) would have been better received. But since getting to these numbers, they have remained while other suggestions, though all valid but some less applicable to a majority of the members, have been pushed forward. I hope work is being done on some ideas beyond the "most popular" but I am afraid some very good ideas that could benefit a greater number of members are put off due to the ranking.

I am not complaining as I am happy living with the way things are now on this site but I would say that other than the ability to magnify the most recent scans (eyes aren't what they used to be), most of the new features introduced in the past year have not made a great deal of difference to me. Should these never come to fruition, I won't lose sleep over it.

I like the campaigning posts, as it notes more background on why the feature is important to the poster.

Do that as I do not look a what is proposed all the time. When I hear of one I go look or when something new comes to light I look to see what is proposed

The Feature to make a Collection of a Favorite Player Haves is flying up the charts.
Which got me thinking, this Feature could work for Favorite Team Haves as well amongst others. Maybe another member feels likewise and would consider making a like proposal.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

I'm stingy with 10s, I only gave it a 9. I'd appreciate some love for my feature recs too. Filter multi sport by sport most. AZ timezone is probably where it deserves to be.
