Someone mentioned this the other day, but I think it bears repeating. A true reprint put out by a card manufacturer will say "Reprint" on it somewhere. If it doesn't, it is a fake knock-off.
That being said, while I agree with David that most shady eBay sellers who try and pull one over on people would use "reprint" instead of "fake" or "forgery", some sellers may be using the term "reprint" to mean that it isn't authentic, and to make sure people know what they're bidding on.
Are they technically correct? No, they aren't. But at least they're putting it out there that it isn't authentic. (It's almost the weekend, I'm trying to be positive for the next two days!).
