As I watch the Cardinals first spring training game of 2019, I'm mentally planning all the games I want to go to this year.  I went to fewer baseball games than usual last year.  A combination of car trouble and rain limited me.  With college, minors, and everything, I want to see a game at 15 stadiums this year.

Anybody else have plans in place for going to baseball games this season?

This will be my first full baseball season while retired, so hopefully I can squeeze in some 'Stros games. I'd love to see a rematch with the Bosox, but that's highly unlikely. I may try to see the Angels as I've never seen Albert Pujols in person. 

My goal is to try and get my 4.5 year old to sit through a whole game and pay attention to at least some of it. He really wants to come with me to a Cubs game but we’re going to start with the I-Cubs since they’re local and much cheaper. 

Phillies or BlueClaws on my list.....BUT .....SOFTBALL comes 1st, Coach has scheduled 11 scrimmages before the season opener,,, GO Miss T, break those school records !

15 Stadiums?  WOW!  I'll be lucky to see 15 games on TV this year since my cable switched out Fox Sports Midwest for Fox News (not complaining too much).  It gives me more time to listen to more minor league games on TuneIn.  I'm hoping to hear at least 30 different minor league teams this year from all levels.

I would like to go to a Royals or Cardinals game this year, but its highly unlikely.  Still want to make a trip to Springfield and NW Arkansas and catch MILB games but doesn't look likely this year either.

I am heading to Florida in a couple weeks for Spring Training , gonna catch 5 games down there , mostly Phillies . I will try to get back to my usual 4-6 games in Philadelphia this season and probably catch at least 2 or 3 minor league games here locally .

I usually hit about two major league games a year.  St. Louis and Cincinnati are most convenient for me.  Rest is minors, college, summer wood bat, and independent, in no particular order.  So I'm pushing myself with 15.  It won't be easy.  I think I did 6 last year.  If I don't make it, I'll sure have fun trying.  I just want to be outside!!

Most of my baseball action will be at Dutchess Stadium, home of the Hudson Valley Renegades (Short-Season Class A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays). It's about a mile from my house, so, yeah, it works. :)
