So, while we're on the topic of sandwiches, pizza toppings, and such like I began wondering what "unusual/different/unique" combinations/items members on TCDB find peculairily palate pleasing... Personally I partake in peanut butter and brown sugar on toast, peanut butter and potato chips in a sandwich to name a couple. My younger sister growing up would sometime reach for the mustard jar and proceed to make a simple "mustard sandwich" while the wife once had alligator whilst visiting New Orleans. Our youngest daughter while on a class trip to China once had the opportunity to taste a seafood pizza with octopus and squid topping. Keeping within the boundaries of "good taste" (pun intended !) I wondered if others have/had examples they wished to share.

Just a couple of weird things from me:

apple sauce on saltine crackers

vanilla ice cream on potato chips.

I sometimes put salt and pepper on my potatoes, but that's about it for me.

Cheese wiz on oresos!

When my brother was in elementary school he decided to make a sandwich out of everything in the fridge. I'm talking meats, cheeses, bread, any and all condiments and spreadable items (pudding for example). I decided to be nice and try his invention. Chocolate pudding with ham wasn't as bad as I'd expected.....

I thought this was going to be about the gum in packs.

My brother eats mustard sandwiches regularly. In fact, he has even bought hot dog buns just specifically to have them in the past. 

One combination you don't ever want to do is Fruity Pebbles and Cheese Doodles. I did that once in the 90s and vowed never again. Garlic and bananas are also a bad combination.

I'm fairly bland with my eating...most people are surprised because I don't cover things with other things. like when I eat hot dogs it's just meat and bread. Nothing else. Same when I used to eat hamburgers although I have not eaten any since 2002. I don't butter waffles or buiscits. I don't put gravy on mashed potatoes. I don't dip anything in anything.

I'm allergic to tomatoes so that complicates things too. When we have pizza at our family reunions I can't have any for example. And my mom's family is Italian so tomatoes are always around. 

Even with eating very plainly I have stomach problems and feel sick to my stomach and nauseous nearly every single day. 

I thought this was going to be about licking the envelope s that do not have a pull tab!

There's a Mexican breakfast called migas that is basically made from fried pieces of corn tortillas scrambled in eggs - and you can add onions, peppers, cheese, etc - but the basic dish is crispy corn tortilla mixerd in the eggs, Well I take it a bit further in that I would eat that with bread. So basically bread and tortilla. I'd have it no other way.
