Yep, I see them now

One of the colors or foil is offset for the one one the right.  Look how clear the "Upper Deck" is on the left one, and how blurry it is on the right.

Now, to bring the OP back to the forefront. See the two questions at the bottom of my original post.

Looks like there was an error during the printing step of the second one, one of the plates was off.

Corky and Kyle are correct. The card is "out of focus" (my term for it). Look at the Astros wordmark on the bottom right front. The one on the left is perfectly aligned. This is a fairly common thing to see on mirror foils and is not considered an error or variation. Just a difference in printing.

So my main question seems to be implied with your responses, and I wasn't concerned with it being a variant but if the printing process would cause that, but more than that I was wondering if the card is a foil because if you notice the first cards of the set are noted as Foil. Is there a difference between mine and those? 

That is obviously foil as are every card from that set that I've seen. I don't feel like there's any reason to list foil as a note unless there is a foil version and non-foil...to me that would be the same as putting "BASE" in as a note for every base card. 

Agreed with Billy. All of these cards are foil.  If anything, the FOIL note should be dropped from the first cards.
