Fun surprise getting some cards from karsal. What a great guy to sneak some cards across international lines for little old me.

As I have previously mentioned this concept of "paying it forward" has been around for awhile as mzentko will atest as we both participated some 20 years ago on another fledging site called OBC which ironically was devoid of real trading and functioned and continues to on the premise of sending cards to another member w/o the expectation of actually getting back from that member. As Mark and I (and perhaps others here that are familiar with OBC) you always seemed to wind up getting more than you sent. As satisfying as it is to trade amongst this enormous group merely sending out and catching someone surprised is as rewarding as it gets and I will continue to do so.

On the receiving end of some P.I.F. Thanks to Ed (detfan6897) & Joe (NJDevils) for helping check off a few of my Wantlist items.

A big shout out and thanks to deporcoruna, Manny for sending a Purina Rickey Henderson card that fills my Oakland wants for that year.

Thanks, NJDevils, for the Cowboys cards that welcomed me back home to Texas. Didn't recognize the last name or address, but recalled a recent email about one of the cards that was a definite upgrade in condition. Blessings galore to you!

Two back to back envelopes from olerud363 in the last couple of days. First a complete surprise pile of nice Jays cards. Then a "trade" package. Thank you so much my friend!
