I hope people will post something every day. Even a little something would be nice to see. I know everyone has bad days, health issues, bad days at work etc. I hope member post good thing happening for them.
I'll start. Or try to. My wife has been sick in the hospital for a while. Today when I went in to see her. She had her eyes open and was able to acknowlege me. She was being funny by making faces at me to crack me up even tho she couldn't talk. She's awesome !

I think I understand your angle and will give it a go. When I got home tonight my wife surprised me with mini donuts from the store. I had set the table and got supper ready before she got home, she and the kids had stopped at Tim's fopr Ice Coffees (I yuk Tim's) so she bought me donuts instead.
I hope your wife gives you all she can and puts a smile on your face every time you see her. Stay strong.

Thanks Billy, I used to build military models when I was a kid. Planes, tanks, and some weird ones. Fun times. I hope your feeling better today.
ranfordfan, I never liked any kind of coffee or tea. I love the full sized lemon donuts. Thanks for the kind thoughts.

Very sorry to hear of your wife's troubles. I hope the very best.
Yesterday, I learned that a co-worker's son started asking him about baseball cards and collecting. It was pretty cool to see his face light up as he was telling me his story. His mentioned that his son was really liking the Dodgers (why? we're in WI where Brewers Fever is in full swing) So to help his son out, I just got done pulling about 200 Dodger cards. I can't wait to give them to him!!

That's at least a start to collecting. Thanks for the thoughts.

Hope yer wife stays strong and gets better!
Anyways, my good news is that my wife loved my pasta sauce that I made last night. She used it for her stinky garlic dumpings that she had made previously.

Best wishes for you and your wife.
On my side of things, well, it's really about my son, he earned the rank of Life in BSA on Monday. He is 6 months of active scouting, 2 merit badges, and a service project away from achieving Eagle Scout. That's good news.
